Being in therapy

You may seek help because you feel lost or stuck. Perhaps you are finding it difficult to interact with other people. 

 

Self-destructive behaviours may be ruining your life despite your own wish to stop. You find that you cannot help hurting yourself or those who you love. Your attitude may alienate the very people who you want to be close to you.

 

In our work together, you will begin to make sense of your actions, feelings, thoughts and the way you see the world. We will work together to understand why you feel angry, depressed, or anxious. You may feel worthless and hateful.
