  I use psychoanalytically informed coaching to help executives develop an appreciation of the connection between their role as they experience it and the dynamics of the situation in which they find themselves. Often this will be in a period of personal or organisational change. 

Coaching helps create a place in which you can think in a different way about yourself and your work, and usually consists of a series of confidential conversations between the two of us. I offer 'off-line' coaching which means that we talk about what you bring to the coaching session about your work or career. Coaching is therefore especially useful when an executive feels stuck, lost in a particular task, perhaps overwhelmed by worrying feelings and confusion. 

We will try to understand self-limiting and perhaps unconscious motives - coaching provides a space in your life to do this.
