I gained masters degrees from the University of Westminster, Birkbeck College and Goldsmith's College before training as a psychoanalyst with The Site For Contemporary Psychoanalysis. I am registered as a psychoanalytical psychotherapist with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and as a psychoanalyst with the College of Psychoanalysts, UK. Consultancy and coaching Originally training and working in the Health Service, I went on to work as a researcher, organisation consultant, and management development specialist. I have worked with senior managers in industry, commerce and the public sector for over 20 years. Teaching, training, clinical work and supervision For over 25 years, I have taught and trained the university sector, both in the UK and abroad. Currently I am programme leader for professional BACP accredited training and run an MA in counselling and psychotherapy. I have worked as honorary psychotherapist and supervisor in various psychiatric settings. My private psychotherapeutic practice is in south London. I am the referral psychotherapist for a London drama school and run a private psychotherapy practice. I am a member of the ruling Council of The Site For Contemporary Psychoanalysis and sit on a training standards committee of the UK Council for Psychotherapy. |
